MY SESSION RATES

There is the option for individual sessions (cost below) and therapy intensives. Both services offer packages.

  • Intake Session (1st Session): $200 (70 minutes)

  • Individual Therapy Session: $180 (50 minutes)

WAYS TO PAY

I am a private-pay provider, meaning I do not accept insurance for my services.

There are 3 ways to pay:

  1. Self-pay: Pay directly using debit or credit cards.

  2. Use your FSA or HSA card: Pay with pre-tax funds dedicated to healthcare expenses.

  3. Submit for reimbursement: If your plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may qualify to receive 50–80% back for sessions

PERKS OF PRIVATE PAY THERAPY

No Clinical Diagnosis on Your Permanent Health Record.

All third-party insurance providers demand a clinical diagnosis, which can be problematic for some clients.

No Compromised Quality of Care.

Eliminating the third-party insurance company from our therapy relationship allows me to concentrate on providing you with personalized care like therapy intensives and other unique offers. Allows freedom from their constraints such as when, how, or how often to provide care.

Control of Your Care.

Your insurance company does not know what your unique needs are or how to treat you therefore they should not be the gatekeeper of your care. Instead, collaborating with my practice allows us to decide on the best course of action together.

  • No, I do not accept insurance. You can self-pay only or self-pay and submit for reimbursement.

    I can process HSA and FSA credit cards and provide an itemized receipt.

    I am glad to provide a Good Faith Estimate (an estimated cost of treatment) as well.

  • I don’t take insurance, BUT your out-of-network benefits might cover therapy!   I work with Mentaya - a company that can get you reimbursed 50-80% for therapy using your out of network benefits.

    Not sure if you have out of network benefits!? Once you share your health insurance information, I’ll check to see if you have out-of-network benefits and explain what’s covered and what’s not.

  • Therapy Intensives accelerate the recovery process by offering longer sessions within a condensed timeframe. Think of it as therapy on steroids to get you to your thriving era FASTER.

  • Therapy intensives and traditional therapy sessions both help you heal and grow, but they work in different ways:

    Therapy Packages

    • Best For: Ongoing healing and steady growth over time.

    • Session Format: Weekly or biweekly 50-minute sessions.

    • Progress Pace: Gradual progress over time.

    • Customization: Guided but flexible, adapting as you progress.

    • When to Choose This? If you want weekly or bi-weekly support and want to experience progress at a slower pace.

    Therapy Intensives

    • Best For: Deep healing, rapid breakthroughs, and major shifts in a in a short timeframe.

    • Session Format: Choose 3 or 6-hour therapy sessions with pre- and post-session support. Tailor them for a one-time experience or as a regular monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly therapy approach.

    • Progress Pace: Accelerated, focused transformation…think traditional therapy on steroids.

    • Customization: Highly structured and impactful, yet tailored to your specific needs.

    • When to Choose This? If you need deep healing faster, feeling “stuck” in your healing process, or simply lack the time for weekly therapy sessions.
